1. Who we are

"We," "our," or "us" refers to Angelz Group, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Angelz Group, a Sole Proprietorship the entity operating iStyleRight™. "You" refers to anyone visiting our website or placing an order with us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason — for instance, to prevent fraud, abuse of our return policy, or misuse of our platform.

2. Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state, to place an order with us. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, so please let us know immediately at hi@istyleright.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual property

All content on our website — product photography, designs, graphics, text, and the iStyleRight name and logo — is the property of Angelz Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of our website or its content without our prior written permission. This applies regardless of where you're accessing our content from; all intellectual property rights are governed by Indian law, and any related disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction described in Section 15.

4. Orders, pricing & payments

All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice — though once your order is confirmed, the price you were shown at checkout is what applies. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways such as Razorpay and Shopify Payments; we never store your full card details on our own servers. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline orders that appear to be for resale purposes, or cancel and refund an order if a pricing or listing error is discovered after purchase.

5. Shipping, returns, refunds & store credit

Placing an order with us also means you agree to our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy, which explain delivery timelines, eligibility for return or exchange, and how Store Credit works in detail. In short: eligible returns are issued as Store Credit valid for 1 year, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and usable only on istyleright.com.

6. Product care & description accuracy

We do our best to display accurate colors, fabric details, and sizing information, but slight variations can occur due to individual screen settings, lighting, or batch-to-batch fabric differences — this is normal and not considered a defect. Please follow the care instructions on each product's wash-care label to keep your garment in good condition; we're not liable for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage.

7. User content & reviews

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us — whether through our website, email, or social media — you grant Angelz Group a royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and business purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is your own work and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

8. Prohibited conduct

While using our website, you agree not to attempt to hack, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse customer data, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the normal operation of our site. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of your account and, where applicable, referral to the appropriate authorities.

Our website may link to or use third-party tools — payment gateways, courier tracking, social media platforms, and analytics providers. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties, and any interaction with them is at your own discretion.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available." While we take care in sourcing and quality-checking our products, we don't make any warranty that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that products will meet every individual expectation around fit or style preference.

You agree to hold Angelz Group and its proprietor harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our website, or infringement of any third party's rights through your use of our services.

13. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we've appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns about our products, services, or this website that aren't resolved through our regular customer support.

14. Dispute resolution & arbitration

If a dispute arises that we're unable to resolve directly through our customer support or Grievance Officer, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution. If that isn't successful, the dispute will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Delhi, India, and proceedings conducted in English. This approach lets us resolve disagreements faster and more affordably than court litigation, for both sides.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 14, any matters not resolved through arbitration — including enforcement of an arbitral award — fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

16. Force majeure

We won't be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, courier network disruptions, government action, or other circumstances that make fulfilling an order impractical or impossible.

17. Severability, waiver & entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at a given time doesn't waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Shipping, Return & Exchange, Refund, and Privacy Policies, make up the entire agreement between you and Angelz Group regarding your use of iStyleRight.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update, and continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
