We work with trusted courier partners — Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC — to get your order to you safely. In Delhi and NCR, we also offer Borzo hyperlocal same-day delivery on prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
Processing time
We dispatch 90% of orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation (for prepaid orders via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or wallets) or verification (for Cash on Delivery). To be safe, we allow 1–2 business days for processing. COD orders are verified for authenticity before dispatch, so please keep your phone handy in case we need to reach you.
Packaging & tracking
Every order is packed securely with all original tags and inserts intact, so it arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check its status anytime through the "Track Orders" link in our website footer.

These are estimates rather than guarantees — if a rare delay occurs due to weather or holidays, we'll keep you posted by email.

We don't charge an extra fee for choosing Cash on Delivery. That said, if you pay online instead, you'll see a small prepaid discount applied at checkout — a little thank-you for making things simpler on our end.

Non-serviceable pincodes
In areas where COD infrastructure isn't available, we accept prepaid orders only. We'll arrange an alternate courier, such as India Post, and cover up to ₹70 of that cost ourselves — if any additional fee applies beyond that, we'll let you know upfront before proceeding.
A few important notes
- Address accuracy: please include house/flat number, street, locality, landmark, city, state, and correct pincode — incomplete addresses can cause delays outside our control.
- Inspect on arrival: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a clear unboxing video, and avoid accepting a visibly damaged parcel if you can.
- COD orders: please verify the amount on the bill before paying the courier, as we're unable to take responsibility for overpayments made directly to them.
- Undelivered orders (RTO): if a delivery attempt fails multiple times and the order returns to us, we'll reship it promptly once we've reconfirmed your address with you.
Cancellations & address changes
You're welcome to cancel your order or update your delivery address anytime before it's packed — just email us with your order number. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 4–6 business days to your original payment method. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we're no longer able to make changes, so please reach out as early as possible if something needs adjusting.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro cities usually take 1–3 business days, other cities 2–6 days, and remote areas 5–10 days. If you're in Delhi or NCR and place a prepaid order above ₹2,999, same-day delivery is available for ₹199 — just email us after ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
₹59 for orders under ₹499, and free for orders ₹499 and above. Cash on Delivery is always free, with no extra charges — though paying online does get you a small prepaid discount at checkout.
Can I track my order?

What if my pincode isn't serviceable?

After a few failed delivery attempts, the order returns to us. We'll reconfirm your address and reship it as quickly as we can.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and an unboxing video, and we'll resolve it quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed yet. Just email us your order number and what you'd like to change.
