Exchange or Return Procedure

    1. Log in to your iStyleRight account using the link https://istyleright.com/
    2. Click on "Returns and Exchanges on the Bottom of the Website "
    3. Fill out the form and submit your refund or return request at https://istyleright.com/pages/returns-exchange/

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. You can request an order cancellation by emailing us at

Note for Return & Exchange

  • The items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product must have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this time will not be accepted.
  • Alterations will only be made once for blouses or customized orders if needed. Any further alterations will be at the customer's expense, including alteration and courier charges.

Exchange Policy

  1. Raise an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product through https://istyleright.com/pages/returns-exchange/
  2. Once the product has been received, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.
  3. You will receive an approval email from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted.
  4. Please ensure that the original packaging is intact when the product is picked up.
  5. Return and exchange requests will not be accepted if made after 72 hours of receiving the shipment. In exceptional cases, please email us at  [ hi@istyleright.com  ]. 
  6. You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment.
  7. In the event that a pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product.
  8. The exchange will not be accepted if the product was customized or altered for you or by you.
  9. If you want to exchange the product for one of a higher value, you can pay the balance amount when the product is delivered.
  10. If you want to exchange the product for one of a lower value, the product will be shipped as soon as it is received, and the balance will be refunded as store credit for future purchases.

Return Policy

    7. The return will not be accepted if the product was customized for you or by you.
    8. The amount you spent on your purchase will be given back to you in the form of store credit.

What are the steps to utilize my store credit?

    1. Your store credit will become available in your account 4-7 days after the pickup.
    2. Log in to your iStyleRight account.
    3. Choose the products you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.
    4. Your store credit will be automatically applied during the checkout process.
    5. You won't have to pay anything as your payment method will automatically switch to your store credit during the next purchase. Note - Store credit remains valid for a period of 12 months.
